Targeting an entirely new audience—the C-Suite, we positioned Alight as the answer to one of the most pressing issues of our time and one that affects every single member of the C-Suite: The Great Resignation.
That timely, cultural insight led to a bold, provocative campaign: Welcome to the Employee Economy.
At the heart of our 360-degree integrated awareness campaign were those very people: employees of all types.
Beginning with Alight’s first campaign-led video and photoshoot to date, we created a library of ownable assets to be leveraged across digital, social, out-of-home and partner sponsorships. A CNBC Squawk Box sponsorship garnered broader awareness, led by Alight’s first broadcast appearance.
